I think what was being alluded to was the way that some folks, when they
REPLY, don't necessarily trim out the unwanted stuff that they are not
responding to.  They just don't snip out the parts that are irrevelant.
They leave the whole post in.  Which is really a pain in the drain because
then people just end up reading the same post twice because nothing was
removed from a several paragraph previous post.

If the previous post is just a couple lines, that's not too bad.  But if
it's several paragraphs long and you just want to reply or bring out one 
point, snip out everything that is unneeded.

At least that's what I think they are trying to say.
