               A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Some of you know that I have been living on borrowed time for about ten
years-- since june 1986.  The Lord granted me a reprieve from sudden death.

Recently, I have experienced incidents of what I refer to as WAKE-UP CALLS.
  I HOPE they are false alarms, but I dare not ignore them.

A young friend here in Yakima has taken ALL of the files I would have, or
have already submitted to others on the INTERNET and DISCUSSION GROUPS, and
prepared them by ZIPPING them into a single SELF EXTRACTING file suitable for
FTP to your computer.

In this way, regardless of what happens to me-- you can have all that I would
have submitted for publication.

Included in the file is the complete booklet "Day of Atonement-- Proclaim
Liberty" which I wrote in 1984, and was reprinted in 1994.

Mark Kendrick (tecainc@wolfenet.com) will FTP this file to you as soon as he
receives your request, and your address.

If you do not have FTP facilities, you can contact me, and I can send you a
floppy which contains the same material UNZIPPED.  But I will need money for
the disk and postage-- at least $3.00, and YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS.

This letter is a hard one to write, but I know I must face the facts as I see
them.
