I have received either the same or a similar disk fro Bro. Fretwell,
and I have his permission to set up a web page area to make his
writings available on the web.  I expect that if these writings get
looked at very much, I will also prepare hard copy and look for a
publisher so a real old fashioned book can be printed as well.  I also
run an anonymous ftp server here, ftp://eli.wariat.org/pub/ and I
could make these files available there until I have time to set up the
web pages.  Let me know if there is interest in this.
