Two new Florida neighbors got to talking:

KS: Hi there neighbor! Say, where are you from?

NJ: We're from New Jersey. Have you lived in this neighborhood long?

KS: No, not long at all. We moved here last November from Kansas.
New Jersey, eh? What brings you to Florida?

NJ: Well, my wife and I ran a hardware store for 40 years. We had good
years and bad, but last year there was a fire that destroyed the shop.
We thought about using the insurance money to rebuild and restock, but
at our age it just seemed to make more sense to take the money and
retire to Florida. What about you -- how did you manage to land
     in Florida?

KS: Our story is pretty similar to yours! We had a nice farm. It was
a lot of work and not always profitable, but we had a good life until
last year when a tornado ripped through our county and destroyed the
farm. We thought about rebuilding and replanting, but at our age it
would have been too much work. So, we took the insurance money and
     moved to Florida.

NJ: Yeah, life is tough. But I gotta ask you -- how do you start a
     tornado?
