I think that might better read "1 in 4 *WHO* accept the gospel
*INITIALLY* will endure to the end". I know that door knocking
typically returns less than 1% of doors knocked resulting in so much
as a *VISITOR*.

Youre right on this one, but door knocking does bring them in slowly but surely.
What gets me about some churches in Oklahoma, On Revivals, they might send
word to other churches through announcements or bulitiens, but never in the
public places. And we expect the churches to be filled and the altars only
standing room? How can they know except they are told. I have seen them only
go by word of mouth and we *might*get a visitor. IT usually turns out to be
just the locals again and again, wheich we need reviving sometimes as well, but
the towns need to know it as well. That is why I do advocate things such as
putting out announcements in places such as Wal-Mart etc...
