I think it's important that we show our pastors appreciation at all times! 
After all, they are in charge of their particular flock of sheep.  How
should we, as saints in God, learn how to be real Christians without their
guidance?  Everyone that reads this that is a pastor, I thank God daily for
pastors!!  Everyone that is under a pastor, let him, or her, know how
much you apreciate their hard work!
