Amen!
What we did last night: one of the five-year-old girls drove up to the
pulpit before the preaching in her little motorized toy car. She
delivered a pre-paid gas company card to the pastor and his wife. :-)

An aside: Apostolic Life will *finally* be closing on the property
either tomorrow or Friday Lord willing!!! Here's what was holding us
up: one of our neighbors is a mobile home park, and the owner of the
mobile home park is violating city of Urbana property-line setback
rules for mobile home parks. She was worried that we would move to be
incorporated into the city (the property is just outside city line) and
that would give her all kinds of grief. As a church, the last thing we
want is to come under another government's jurisdiction.
The city of Urbana also attempted to block this sale since they had
plans for a developer to purchase the land and make it into some retail
space or something. Too bad for them.
