I mentioned a couple days ago that Apostolic Life broke another
attendance record.  How did we do it this time?

We have in our church a very special lady: Sis Brooks.  Sis Brooks
turned 98 years old this week.  She has something like 150 offspring.

The church decided to do something special for Sis Brooks' birthday.
Then we decided "Let's make this a family thing!"  So we mailed
invitations to every one of Sis Brook's relatives who she knew about.
Probably about 40-50 showed up to church (only 1 or 2 are in truth
currently).  Bro Rogers preached a *fantastic* message on man's need
for salvation.  Much weeping.  Nice little reception afterwards for Sis
Brook's family; many of them thanked us for the very kind attention and
promised to return.  In return, we have names, addresses, and phone
numbers.  Pray for salvation in this family.
