Ahhh, yes. And what of the freeways that were damaged from the Loma Prieta
earthquake here in Northern California in 1989? They're still damaged!
(stop yelling Brother!) *Parts* of the 280 Southern Extension barely opened
6 months ago, the Central Freeway leading into the Financial District was
just BARELY closed for replacement in September.

Sorry about the rant here folks and Bro. Masoner, but ya hit a nice
politcal cord when you bring the fixture of the LA freeway into mind.

O boy, now that I got that off my chest I think I'll go home and wrestle
with my boys (gulp!).
