Mark 2:26 says it's lawful only for priests to eat the shewbread. But
in 1 Samuel 21:2-7, the priest Ahimelech told David that the only
restriction in eating the shewbread was that the men have kept
themselves from women.

I have to agree that there is no contradiction between Matt 23:35 and
2 Chron 24:20-22. Matthew talks about Zacharias being killed "between
the temple and the altar" and 2 Chron talks about Zechariah being killed
in the "courtyard of the house of the LORD." The courtyard is the area
where the altar is at, isn't it? I suppose the addition of detail might
be a little strange, but that's a different matter altogether.
