It's a shame that anyone should be subjected to this kind of
solicitation, but it's a fact in our world. The unfortunate thing about
all of this is if the sender actually lives outside of the USA, he cannot
be punished by US law...
Some foriegn countries do not have laws against child pornography, and
therefore do not govern what their citizens place on the internet. Being
a world-wide system, anyone in any city in the world that owns (or has
access to) a computer with a modem can download and "enjoy" this child
pornography.
There is nothing we can do except PRAY!
