I remember when Dan Dean preached the Indiana youth campmeeting. He was a fine
evangelist, and I remember there were many dynamic messages that week.

I was at Bro. Libby's East-Coast Music Conference in Gaithersburg a few years
back with the Indiana State Youth Choir. PC&D were in the service. I was
amazed at the change. It went beyond the hair on the collar and the casual
clothes. There was a marked difference in his ministry. Bro. Dean did not
show the passion of the evangelist he had been. Everything was reduced to
a 'concert.' We went from choirs shouting to a formatted performance.
My heart was very grieved.

A couple of weeks later, we received a letter of apology from Bro. Libby.
He did not realise that there had been this change. He wished to promote
Apostolic talent and worship and was surprised at the obvious difference.
It was my understanding then, that these brethren had gone charismatic (or
at least loose).
