Higher-Fire was down for a couple of days

Howdy Higher-Fire:

Two unrelated but back-to-back problems brought down the Higher-Fire
list on Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Tuesday, the list software accidentally got shut-down and didn't
automatically restart like it should have, and nobody noticed until
several hours later.

On Wednesday, Prairienet had a disk drive crash on them.  Notice from
Prairienet:

 **  We apologize for the sudden downtime this afternoon and evening.      **
 **  We experienced a system failure and it took us a bit to reconfigure   **
