Me:
Was this just to give the kids some excitement, or as a part of the
latest PowerHour series- UPRight Children? I have been teaching this
series in our local church and there was discussion of a balloon
release, but I distained due to the mentioned concern for the environment
and aircraft close by. (I am not a tree-hugger, but why make a problem
that has your address on it?) I have not had a problem with giving the
children balloon animals, which do require the use of a pump- even my
lungs can't blow up a 2inch diameter 60 inch balloon. If you have never
tried POWERhour, you are missing the best Sunday school activities and
literature that St. Louis has produced to date. What a difference to have
ALL the children seeking the Holy Ghost on Sundays.
