This information has been out for quite some time. There is a video
that I suggested sometime back which covers this plus the "Transponder
Chip" that will be implanted in the hand which will contain all data on
individuals. The video "Approaching The Mark Of The Beast" by
Terry Cook can be obtained. He also wrote a book called along
these lines. I have all these materials. Very interesting...Mr. Cook
shows through many government publications that they intend to
control every person on earth by the year 2000. If anyone wants
