"tongues" is the evidence of the initial infilling. I do not see in
Scripture where "tongues" is considered evidence of continued
infilling. God is not just an occasional visitor, but He abides in our
hearts when He fills us with His spirit.
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot
bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine;
no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in
me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit:
for without me ye can do nothing.
If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a
branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast
them into the fire, and they are burned.
John 15:4-6
Considering the Bible evidence, the *only* way the statement "You will
speak in tongues all the time you are filled with the Holy Ghost" can
be true is if the Holy Ghost is considered a seperate entity from Jesus
Christ.

P.S. I feel a couple of disclaimers are necessary:
1. I do speak in tongues quite regularly, and I encourage others to do
the same just as Paul did.
2. Although I mentioned folk and rock artists such as Kansas, Don
McLean, and America in a recent post, I in no way mean to imply that I
actually listen to these and similar groups. The last time I listened
to a "Kansas" album was probably about 1988 or so. I was baptized and
received the Holy Ghost in 1989.
