The Bible clearly states that God *can* do all things:

Job 42:1-2
1	Then Job answered the LORD, and said,
2	I know that thou *canst do every thing*, ...

That is to say, He has the ability to do whatever He chooses.


The following scripture is not a contradiction, since the *single word*  that
is translated "cannot lie", means he is truthful, without falsehood.

Titus 1:2
2	In hope of eternal life, which God, that *cannot lie*, promised before the
world began;
(KJV)

893  apseudes- (KJV- "cannot lie")

without lie, truthful


The scripture from Titus is further explained by 1 Sam 15:29, which states
that God *will* not lie.

1 Sam 15:29
29	And also the Strength of Israel *will not lie* nor repent: for he is not a
(KJV)

Debate it if you like, but just because God *will* not do something, or He
*chooses not* to do something, does not mean He does not have the ability to
do it.
