                THE GOOD FIGHT

II Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course,
I have kept the faith:

Faith is sometimes described as something similar to a pry bar, by
which we can procure things from God, such as a new car, a better job, or
more finances. The list would be endless.

The real meaning of faith is "Dedication", or "Commitment to God".

Peter and James each referred to the "trial" or "trying" of our
faith. These words equal our modern word for a "sworn statement"--
"Documenting".

The crucial part of the Christian life is that of maintaining our
"commitment" or "dedication" to God.

Getting a new car, a better job, or any of those things are not
essential to our life in Jesus.

MAINTAINING TRUST IN, AND OBEDIENCE TO GOD IS VERY ESSENTIAL.

When trusting Jesus for the well being of your soul becomes difficult,
don't pray for less trials-- pray for more strength from Him.

Fight the good fight of Faith (Commitment to God)
