me: I certainly don't purposely set out to do this
Dave. It is not part of some grand master plan.
It only happens on rare occasions. When I began to
feel a seed of doubt trying planting itself in my
life, I IMMEDIATELY rebuke it in the Name of
Jesus Christ.

me: No, I don't think it is that at all. If I am guilty
of anything, it may be that I often care more
about the needs of others than those of myself.
It is not so much that I feel unworthy (perhaps a poor
choice of words) than it is that I hesitate to ask God
to do more for me (when it comes to material blessings) because I feel he
has *already* done
so MUCH for me. If Jesus did nothing more for me
than what He has already done (Filling me with the
Holy Ghost, Giving me the REVELATION of baptism in
His Name and showing me through His Word this
precious Apostolic Truth that there is ONLY One
Lord, One Faith and One Baptism) then I would die
content.
I am not going to answer each of your comments
point by point. Suffice to say, the Lord knows
my every thought and the desires of my heart.
He knows my walk, my talk, AND the level of
faith I have for *any* circumstance at *any* given
point in time. It doesn't bother me to admit my
weaknesses to the Lord. He knows them already
anyway. I don't want to ever pretend to be
something that I am not. So, you pray how you
want to pray, and I will continue to pray how I
feel led to pray.
