You did not read, or at least you did not understand what I meant by
it, where I said:

    I am taking the meaning of "make" to be the same as "turn" or
    transform, whereas you meant "force".

When he MAKES us new, he does not force us to be new, but rather
transforms us, according to our free choice, into new creatures.
