No, it comes from the basic problem of the Big Bang theory - what caused
the bang.  Since the Big Bang theory is the most "famous" of man's
theories of creation, I chose to answer this question.  I'll worry with
the Expanding Universe and Steady State theories at a latter time.  The
tag line came from a "new" translation of Gen 1:1-3.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth...
