My suggestion was to have Bro. Tyler, curator of archives (and shell
script programmer extrordinaire) integrate some procmail with some
perl to tie an email query facility to webglimpse (which also needs to
be gotten to work) so email-only subscribers could query the archives
via email and receive the results of that query via email.
