For those that don't quite *get it*.  The above is a common type
of coding you see in the C or C++ programming language when you
want to *include* a pre-defined *header* file (.h) into the compiled
program.  The rest of the file's name gives hint as to what the function
of the header file does.... in this case... it's a 

               "standard fiction disclaimer"

Which... in itself, is fiction because there's no such standard header
that's included with about any unix/linux system in distribution.

More real would be a #include <stdio.h> - standard input-output header
or #include <stderr.h> - standard errors header, etc.
