But if the reason it fell was because a lumberjack cut it down and
lets just say it was a valuable black walnut or mahogony tree worth
mucho dinero, then the sound of it falling would *NOY* be noise to the
lumberjack, at least not by your defination of "noise".

Consider however "make a joyful *NOISE* unto the Lord" -- this
violates your definition of "noise"!
