"PRAYING for a husband"

I'm still single too with 35. I been divorced and been told for 10 years I
could not remarry (that is one pastor said I couldn't, the next said I
could...and so on from the 6 pastor's I had I got 7 different opinions,
cause one changed his mind
from can't to can). Anyway...for 10 years I prayed for a husband but always
with the "thy will be done included in my prayer". I told God that if it is
HIS will I would stay alone and I could do it too, although it would be
hard. Well, to 
make a long story short, I am to be married (with the approval of my
pastor). God supplied. :) Again, though that is not what I wanted to tell
you. I think as long as you keep those little words in your prayer "Thy
will be done" things will be done according to His will. Wheather it is
God's will for you to marry or not or to remarry, we need to seek His will
in our lives and 
He will supply us with what we need. I know that there is a tremendous
pressure on those young girls, cause they all have to marry (preferably a
preacher), be super-wives and super-moms, and perfect in every sense. I got
married when I was 17 and I got divorced when I was 24. No, I was not in
church then, but I think that it is better to wait until you know what you
want. I have seen 18 or 19 year olds that think they will never get a
husband cause they are getting too old to get one. Oh please, they don't
even know themselves yet what they want, how can they take up the
responsibilities of a marriage. In retrospect, having been there I can
say...keep praying for a husband (better than to just wait for one to come
along), and wait upon the Lord's timing to send you one, and most of all
don't pray to get a preacher or a pastor or a missionary as a husband,
because you never know if the one God will send you who currently is not a
preacher, might not be one in the future. hehe, I hope this makes some
