| Ok, first off, anyone who has heard this before, please let the others
have some fun with it for a while before I give the answer!!!
|
| Here's the situation:
| You are in a room (A) which contains ONLY three switches. In another
room (B) there are three lightbulbs which are controlled by the switches in
room
A.
|
You CANNOT see into room B from room A. (ie, no windows, mirrors, etc.
| can't
| see the light from bulbs either.).
|
| Once you leave room A, you may NOT re-enter--game's over!
|
| Q---How do you determine which switch operates which bulb???
|

Let's letter the switches A, B, and C.

Turn on switch A. Wait a couple of minutes. Turn off switch A, and turn
on switch B.

Go into Room B. The bulb that is lit obviously belongs to B.

Touch the other two bulbs. The one that is warm/hot belongs to switch A.

The remaining bulb belongs to switch C.

Share this one with the guys at work!!! :0

(I didn't make this stumper up BTW.)
