My father has always told me that no car is a lemon. 
It all depends upon whether the company will service 
that car. That's what makes it a lemon, is if you can not 
get any service. I feel if the service reps come and fix 
the problem, you'll probly have a good, and trouble free 
computer. If they can't fix it, I'll bet that they replace 
it. But, I don't think that I would want another Gateway. If 
after replacing the parts, they can't fix it. You'll still 
have Gateway parts in the new computer also. It sounds like 
you'll not have much more than your old case anyways. <G>
