I don't have info on #1 and #2, but I do know about #3.  Do you already
have mIRC?  If not, someone else will have to explain how to get the
program (Carl did it for me, so I have no idea how to do it!).  If you
already have mIRC, after you go through all the "connected" messages, type
"/join #Apostolic" in the message space.
