I personally like the HP Vectra's.  I've used one here
at work for 6 months now.  And eventhough it's hung-up
from time-to-time, I've never had to go through the infamous
MS Scandisk like I have to periodically on my machine at home.

Pretty decent performer eventhough it's a 133Mhz Pentium.
I can't complain too much.
