I have a comic on my office window (_Non Sequiteur_ by Wiley) that is a man in an interview.  On the wall behind him is a sign that says, "Equal opportunity employer."  The lady is saying, "Well, you win points for honesty.  Just how often do these 'blind fits of homicidal rage' occur?"
