LAST DAY SOLDIER

As the days grow exceedingly wicked,
And a darkness sweeps across our land,
There still remains a soldier,
And on the word of God he stands,

He lifts up the banner of righteousness,
Of the gospel he is not ashamed,
Hes one of the last day soldiers,
Still believing in the power of Jesus Name,

One who still believes the salvation message,
Is found in Acts 2:38,
And knows the harvest is ready,
There is no longer time to wait,

He preaches on the precious blood,
Which was poured out for the remission of our sins,
He wont look back and refuses to quit,
There are souls he has to win,

He gives God all of the glory,
His mouth is a instrument of praise,
His heart is burdened for lost souls,
He is still fighting in these last days,

The battles are fought on his knees,
As he calls out to the Lord of Hosts,
He intercedes for his loved ones,
As he prays in the Holy Ghost,

He stands out among the people,
As his master shines through him,
He is truly a light in a darkened world,
Bringing hope for those lost in sin,

There is a need for more soldiers like him,
This is the place where we have to start,
Lets go out and win this world to Jesus,
And tear the devils kingdom apart!!!!

Praise God Brothers and Sisters, just wanted to share this poem I wrote
about being a soldier in the Lords army, Truly a mighty work ahead of us if
we will each rise to the challenge~~
