AAA or ALONON- Yes its Called A.C.T.S Its Great!

r to AAA or ALONON that could be
started in a church. I know we do not agree with the AAA "higher-power"
doctrine, but they are a group that draws a lot of folks to a lot of
churches. After they are around the church, they get involved in other
aspects of the church and them you get a new saint.
    We have a man who is interested in starting a ALONON program but we
want to be able to point people to Jesus. Anybody have this type of
group going in their church? With our new converts this collective and
buddy system could help. What do you think?

Yes!  We do have such a program… it Called A.C.T.S.   (Alcohol/Chemical
Treatment Series)
it is recognized my most State Organizations.. and some have even
persuaded the courts to  send folks to it as mandatory rehab… its Great…
has training books, student books Graduation Certificicats. And
everything.  You can have trainers come to your church to certify
teachers,  My wife and I are Certified.


Although we have not really got it going… I like HBS better.. it is a
good program though..
