(Fwd) Is God a Person in His Divine Nature?

This is a very neat discussion, and one I would love to get involved in.
Unfortunately, I'm just working too long and hard at work (50-55 hrs/wk) to
coherently contribute to the talk at this point. I will pray that Jesus
will continue to move in the discussion, though.
I love issues like this, and this is a good example to use (i.e. "person" --
correct or incorrect translation). Issues like these are why the binding in
my Strong's is about to rip right down the middle! <g>
When we find incidents like this in KJV translation, it becomes painfully
obvious that there must be more to the story than the words the translators
chose in 1611. I think this type of indepth study is worthwhile in just
about *any* area of scripture. The Bible says to *study* -- and I think
it's great when we do just that!
