If you are sending an unbalanced posting, we have the chance that the new software is not gonna let it go through. This is a safeguard against duplicate messages.
If you need to requote for clarity, that is agreeable, otherwise snip off as much as you can possibly snip.
Also if your e-mail client automatically adds the quoted post you are replying to, can you put your post at the _Bottom_of_the_quoted_post?. This way we know what you are saying and what is already quoted.
Lastly, can you make sure you have a line between your text and your signature?
