They thought, on both occassions, that they had seen a ghost.  Christ, in
the former instance, was doing the supernatural.  In the latter, He was
proving His bodily resurrection.

I don't believe that we can physically touch or handle the Spirit, and I
believe that Christ was the temple of the Spirit.  But, I believe in
Incarnation God became flesh.  This is a fundamental premise of the Gospel.

I'm not sure I'm understanding your view of the Incarnation, but Jn. 1.14
says the Word became flesh.  The Word was God.  I don't believe we'll ever
be able to articulate the fact beyond that, but I don't believe that Jesus
was only a mere man animated by the Spirit.  He was the Spirit in the flesh.
