Who raised Christ from the dead? Christ's Spirit, or the Father?
 Yes, it is
the same spirit.
If Jesus had two spirits, what happened to the "human" spirit when
 Jesus was
in the tomb? Where is that spirit now? Where was that spirit before
Christ's birth?

I write:
Jesus Christ as to humanity was a man, so you can't take away the
human spirit from him. That is an old argument in the early history
of the church, that Jesus didn't have a human spirit. He didn't just
resurrect a tent, or a dwelling place, when we resurrect we are
going to be a complete human, to die no more. We are spirit, soul
and body as Jesus was in his humanity, when He died he said, Father
into thy hands I commend my spirit, did he return the Holy Spirit to
the Father or did he give up the ghost or give up his human spirit?
There are quite a few trinitarians that don't accept that Jesus had a
human spirit and with that conclusion, saying that it was the body of
God, etc, they come to the conclusion that God died. God didn't die,
humanity or the Son died, the visible image of the invisible God, and
we also must be careful when talking about his humanity or sonship,
that had a beginning to remember that He is the Almighty God! Therein
lies the eternal argument, when is He God and when is he humanity or
the Son. I don't believe in eternal sonship but I do believe in the
eternal God, my Lord Jesus Christ.
