The Sonship has its *beginning* in the Incarnation.  Of course, the Lord
pre-existed but not as the Son.  The Word is not the Son.  The Logos is the
plan of Redemption, the mind of God which was set into motion at the virgin
conception of Christ.

Therefore, Jesus could say:  'Before Abraham was I am' and still be correct.
His Spirit pre-existed, but He was never the Son before His Incarnation.

I'm sorry, but this is not at all congruent with Oneness doctrine.  There is
a human nature.  That nature is given us through God's creation.  The person
of Christ is the only example of the union of God's nature and man's nature.

Dear friend, this a *GROSS* misreading of my comments.  I do emphatically
believe that Jesus Christ was sinless, perfect and conquered sin in the
flesh!  I believe He is the mighty God come in the flesh!

understanding of Oneness doctrine, and I fully accept the fact that Jesus is
God.  I'm not adding to or taking away, you understand.

Yes, yes.  But how do you define His humanity and divinity?  He had a body
like anyone else, didn't He?  The Spirit of God within Him is what made Him
different from any other man.  He was God, but He was also man.
