First of all, Sis Yohnk is somewhat challenged to answer this heading. :

God, while being omniscient, had no

I don't think this thought follows through. The very word "omniscient"
means to know everthing. If we were to think what you stated then we
could say that God *still*doesn't know because He (Jesus) did not sin.

I think the answer is to be found in Heb 4:14,15 " Seeing then that we
have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens; Jesus the Son
of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest
which cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities; but was in
all points tempted like as we are yet without sin."

The way I see the above scripture is that before Jesus became the high
priest that the high priest of that day *could not* be touched with the
feelings of the infirmities of people. ( As in the case of Hannah where
Eli accused her of drunkeness.) This new high priest (Jesus)is right
with us and knows our thoughts.

1 Cor 2:11 " For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of
man which is in him?..." We cannot know the heart of another man. The
old high priest could not know the heart of another man, but " Likewise
the Spirit helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray
for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with
groanings which cannot be uttered."

What scripture in Job are you referring to?
