He did have a body but his body was from HEAVEN and born by the Holy
Spirit ,which fullfills first John 3:9 who so ever is born by the
seed and remaineth does not commint sin.

ME:
First of all, the scripture you are "quoting" is FIRST John 3:9...and
you have grosly misquoted it. It says "Whosoever is born of God doth
not commit sin; FOR HIS SEED REMAINETH IN HIM: and he cannot sin,
because he is born of God." You are correct, this was the case with
Jesus! This is what us "dual nature (Bible)" folks are trying to say.
The flesh was simply flesh...capable of sinning (why would Satan
tempt Jesus otherwise?) BUT because the seed of the Father remained
in Him and was a very REAL "infused" part of Him, he could not sin.
And, it was only because of this fact that the flesh did not sin.
This is the beauty of the Sonship--that Jesus was tempted in all
points, and had the fleshly desires to sin, but did not sin because
of His divinity. I didn't really understand the point of the rest of
your post, but I think a lot of it went along these lines. God
bless!
