I'm not sure I understand your comment though.  Hearing a person out can
certainly tell us how the world's philosophies deluded people and give
stratagies for sole winning.

It is also strikes me that willingness to share ideas and engage in
friendly conversations with other forms of Christians can be a chance to
show love.  Just giving this guy Acts 2:38 did not effect him, but it
strikes me that making friends could.
