I don't have a lot of time (Got more things to do with my time than write
extremely detailed posts), but I would like to address this point. Women are
able to rule over there house. Especially in the instance that a man is not
present. I should know. My mother ruleth her house very well.
Since my Father passed away, nearly eight years ago, my mother hath
ruled her house very well. She has raised up 4 children in the fear and the
admonition of God. She has brought in the bread and the butter. And even
steak on a regular basis. She has paid all of the bills. We have never been
without heat and nice clothing from day one. She has taught us about the
truth of God. And because of her, all four of her children are saved,
sanctified, baptized in Jesus name, and filled with the Holy Ghost. 3 were
saved during the years, after my fathers demise. She has supported us and
given us dignity. And she has been a model of success. Oh yes. I think that
she qualifies as one that ruleth her house well.
Even when a man is present in the home, the woman has some say so in the
matters of the household. For example, my mother has been a managed at a
bank (seems that some women have more knowledge and authority in our day than
in those biblical times). She can handle money very well. She knows just
where to put it and how to make it increase. Therefore, in our home, she
ruled over the finances. And many other areas. And of course most women rule
over the children in the home, whether male or female.
When we are dealing with the home, the husband/man is the head of the
wife/woman. But when it comes to the Church of the living God. Jesus Christ
is the man. And he rules over his bride the church. He makes all of the
decisions. We are simply obedient to his commands. Thus he can use a man or
a woman. We are both considered his bride.
To make it clear, in natural relationships, the husband is ruler over
the wife. But when we are discussing the church, Christ is the husbandmen.
And there is no male and female. Only the bride of Christ. Men and women can
both be used to draw people to the kingdom and keep them in line for the goal
of heaven.
