DEBATE-ing on Higher-Fire

Regarding debate:  we should have 2 channels (mailing lists) to
support a debate with side comments, cheerleading, etc.  One list is
just like what we already have -- higherfire@prairienet.org.  The
other list is moderated and restricted to the debaters themselves.
The moderator of the debate list shuld be knowledgable in the subject
being debated, and probably appointed to serve for a particular debate 
topic.  Perhaps we should call the debate list
crossfire@prairienet.org?
