I thought I would pass along that I have a list on Onelist

As for the debate discussion.  I for one would love to finally
see a organized debate.  I hate to see a real discussion on
things such as standards turn into a 'not a heaven or hell issue.'
or any other discussion turn into 'slams' and 'put downs.'

Just a thought....when debating, how about trying to find a
way of setting up your replies with 1. 2. 3.  Or I II III IV etc
This way, when someone makes reference, they can point
to which comment, and debate that point.  Trying to narrow
it down to one point at a time would help tremendously
and I think we would lose some of the watering down of the
main issue.
