The whore of Babylon is not folklore. Attempting to identify every
Christian with whom we disagree as either the anti christ or whore is
folklore. Who is the whore? I guess we will have to wait and see won't
we!? But when I get to heaven and see Jesus I won't be pointing an
accusing finger at him and telling him he did not fulfill my cherished
prophetic interpretations. No, I will be rejoicing with a lot of other
Christians who have experienced the salvation of God in Jesus Christ.

You see Sister Lynne, it seems you hold to truth of these prophetic
interpretations as passionately as you do the truth about baptism in
Jesus name and the baptism in the Holy Spirit. This is a tragedy
because there has always been disagreement in Christendom regarding
prophecy. Wouldn't it be a shame if you hindered someone from receiving
the Apostolic gospel because they disagree with your interpretation of
prophecy?

Also, New Testament eschatology has but one purpose, to assure the
people of God that Jesus Christ will ultimately triumph and to motivate
them to a Christian lifestyle and ministry. It is not intended to
satisfy our intellectual curiosity and provide an explicit timeline of
events. This is why Christians, including Apostolics, have always
allowed for great latitude in the understanding of prophecy.

How can you say all of this without even reading the documents I am
referencing Sister Lynne? You are reacting on the basis of stereotypes
and using one cliché after another without seeking to determine if the
documents I am referencing are Biblical or not! This is like hearing a
rabid AOGer who has never read or studied Apostolic theology trash the
Apostolic faith as heretical, apostate, and cultic. Apostolics desire
better. Catholics do to.

Well, quote your primary Catholic sources Sister Lynne. These are books
Catholics have written about their faith, not what biased Protestants
have written about them. Also, how can you be familiar with the
Catholic faith if you haven't read the documents of Vatican II which
define Catholicism for our generation?

I really don't know if they are on the internet. You might have to go
to the library or purchase them. But this is a small inconvenience when
truth and credibility are at stake.

God Bless!
