Owen M. Taylor, director of the Christian Freedom Foundation, is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Juris Doctor, in 1967. He has practiced in all levels of State Courts and in the U.S. District Federal Courts and Appeals Courts.

His practice has included several professionally published, precedent-setting cases and he is experienced in First Amendment rights, abuse of police power cases and those involving related Constitutional issues.

Mr. Taylor and his family reside in Annapolis, Maryland. He and his wife home school their two daughters. Additionally, he is the pastor of True Life Church in Washington, D.C.
