The CFF is a non-profit, tax-exempt legal defense organization supported solely by UPC contributors.
The CFF/ALA is an established organization with a staff, including legal counsel, available to fulfill its mission. Supporting individuals and churches contact the CFF and receive immediate guidance and direction. Follow-up may include letters, legal advice, legal memorandums and legal assistance for a lawsuit, if necessary.
Support for the CFF/ALA is derived from tax deductible contributions, gifts and grants from UPCI churches and individuals such as yourself.
By supporting the CFF/ALA its contributors receive a valuable resource ready to assist its supporters at any time. In effect, supporters have immediate advice and counsel by personal follow-up, letters and legal research and legal resources.
Additionally, the networking of attorneys, clergy and other professionals will provide a comprehensive source of information never provided by any other organization.
THE SENTINEL newsletter is sent to all supporters and provides timely and current information about significant issues facing Apostolics everywhere.
