New CrossGCC FAQ released: version 0.9

Hello,

the updated CrossGCC FAQ is now available on the web, in addition to
text and Postscript files via FTP:

Highlights include an expanded section on BDM (Background Debug Mode);
news about the new eCOS 'Sourceware' embedded operating system;
pre-built 68k, Power PC, and SH-3 tools for MS-DOS; and loads of little
updates and corrections throughout the document.  The text version is
now almost 60k bytes long, so I have not posted it to the mailing list.
If anyone really needs a copy e-mailed to them, please contact me
directly.
