Whirlwind R. J. Brown 1996 King of kings! Lord of lords! Jesus Christ, My saviour! The prophet Elijah With his friend Elisha Came upon Jordan and Looked across. Elijah smote Jordan's Waters with his mantle. They parted and they both Walked across. The chariot Of the Lord Came as flaming. The whirlwind came, took Elijah home. Elijah threw down His mantle to Elisha. Elisha picked it up, Put it on. What was in his mind When he picked it up? Would the power of God Be with Elisha? There the river was, Mantle in his hand, Thinking about his friend. Come on, Elisha! Then he smote the river And the waters parted. Elisha walked on dry ground. God is no respecter Of persons. What he has done, He will do it for you. King of kings! Lord of lords! Jesus Christ, My saviour! Jesus' disciples were With him at Olivet After that Jesus had Rose again. Jesus said to them Ye shall receive power After that the Holy Ghost Comes on you. And when he had spoken These things while they beheld He was taken up, received By a cloud. On Pentecost there came A sound from heaven. It Was of a rushing and Mighty wind. There appeared to them Cloven tongues of fire, Sat on each one of them. What was happening? And they were all filled With the Holy Ghost Just like Jesus had said. Its a miracle! They spoke in a language They did not understand. They spoke in an unknown tongue. God is nno respecter Of persons. What he has done He will do it for you. King of kings! Lord of lords! Jesus Christ, My saviour!
