| | Hook: | Partridge Bartleet CS10/2 #1/0.
| | Tag: | medium oval silver tinsel, 3 turns,
halfway between the barb and the point.
| | Rib: | medium oval silver tinsel, wound the usual way.
| | Body: | rear 1/3 white silk floss,
front 2/3 white pseudo seal,
using Syd Glasso's split floss method.
| | Hackle: | hot orange dyed coque, from the front, tied in by root,
wound contrary to the usual way, and secured by the rib.
| | Collar: | guinea.
| | Wing: | red fox.
| | Head: | black.
| | Note: | The name is from a term in the physics of chaotic dynamics.
It is sort of a polar shrimp, but rather strange looking.
