Mr. Brown is a computer scientist involved in the design of electronic survieliance, intercept, and cryptography systems, robotics, avionics, medical equipment, and artificial intelligence systems. He holds a BA in mathematics from Dowling College, and is a working on an MS in mathematics from Florida Atlantic University.
